Need a good diet for me!!

I.v done everything ft has asked me to do, got the workout, etc selected nutritional goal Gain muscle MASS!
Protein - 261 g
Carbohydrates - 435 g
Fats - 97 g
Total Calories - 3480
All I need now is the Diet, not sure what foods to eat...
My current diet consists of.....need something better
Morning: 1 bowl cereal+Banana
Mid-M: 2 raw eggs + 200ml milk
Lunch: 2 Wholewheat sandwiches + Tomatoe + chedder cheese
Mid-Aft: 1 Apple + Banana + (Creatine pump+Glutamine peptide shake.
Supper: 2 chicken breasts + (160g peas + corn)
Throughout the day alota water......
