I was just looking at the schedule thing and was wondering why it doesn't seem to make sense that when you put things in for one day they are not there for the next day. I was wondering if thats because your suppose to do the set 1 - to whatever 2 or 4 in that same workout and put that in. or is it set one is one day and set two another day?

Hi Crystal, I don't think I understand your question.But... You fill in the repitition numbers and the weight for all sets and then hit the submit button at the bottom of the days workout. The entire group should show up "filled in" after you do that. If that doesn't help, we can try again...LOL. Welcome to FT.

I think the way it is supposed to work is to do all the sets on one page in one day, and include all the reps and weights. I use the first set which has the most reps for my warmup/stretch phase, with very little weight and then use the other three sets for the heavier lifting...
Good luck and welcome...
