okay i've been workin out about 5 days a week lately and recently i've noticed my arms will get red sometimes while comin towards the end of a set and was wondering if that is something i should be worried about...but also i've been gettin i think people call them sweat pimples but they are little red dots that appear on the outside of my arm from about the biceps to the shoulders just wondering if people know how to get rid of them or anything...thanks

prolly just your arms flushing with blood....as for the sweet bumps...try soem of the dry fit shirts or a sleavless shirt.

Wash off yoru arms afte ryou workout with cold cold water...this will close the open sweat pours, so that crap doesn't get in there and clog it up giving you a bump.
