well my genetics is not good, I weigh 120 pounds last year and were 1.73meters, now I'm 1,73 meters but 150 pounds,
I had a 10,5" arm now it is 15" I have been working out like for 1 year and a half, and I feel like my muscle wont grow anymore like if they were at their top, I want a 10 pounds more to start ripping, please help me, I have a diet high prot low fat and carbs, hard workouts and need something to blast my body... HELP!!!

Try changing your routine, the order of the excercise and the rest between sets you have to keep up the intensity. That way you shock your muscle into growing by hitting from different angles and excercises that it is no used to doing. Try www.animalpak.com they have great routines and information. A good supplement for growth is Animal Stak and creatine.
