Holidays upon us, I am looking to kick it up a notch and shock my metabolism so I dont gain while Im eating all that pie. Prob. is that I do about 8/hrs a week of cardio and lift 3 times a week. I swim, run, eliptical and bike.
I was doing a little pilates at night, but that aint working for me---I'm back to doing intense abs (with some pilates excersizes) as part of the weight training.
