Hi, I am look for a pre contest diet. I am 38 years old 155lbs and 24% bodyfat. I have been training for 10 years and looking to compete in September. I have a great deal of muscle but I need to strip my fat. I do 1 hour of cardio 6X a week on on empty stomach, and weight train 3X a week. I eat clean all week 40/40/20. I would like a diet or some advice on how to strip down to a competion weight.
