1. First off, I am planning on using creatine for the first time. What should I know about it? I know I have to drink a lot of water with it, but I don't understand the cycling part. When should I stop taking it and for how long? What is loading as well? Is that just slang for 'while I'm taking it'?
2. Also, is it dangerous to take with 7-keto?
3. And on an unrelated note, should I be taking cAmp with 7 keto or just the cAmp alone? (I don't have cAmp yet but plan on getting that soon.)
