i'm 19 yoa and have been workingout hard for about two and a half months. i'v done most of everything i wanted to but i lost my abs which is due to my wanting to get bigger. sure i'v gained weight everywhere else too but i don't want it there.is there anyway to get a six pack agin without lossing body/mucsle mass and strength.

Welcome lance. Are you sure you lost your abs or are they just hiding under a layer of fat? What have you been doing to get bigger besides strength training? Has your % body fat increased? Your calorie intake might be to high. Are you on any suppliments/shakes? If you want to keep gaining mass and weight you might want to keep doing what you are doing and worry about your % body fat later.
