hello i am new here and had a question. i would like to tone up and gain more muscle and raise my fitness level. i would like to lose some weight but its mainly the fact i would like to have more muscle then fat. how can i go about this? i'm 24, 5'6', 160lbs, and i have a little beer belly. i used to lift regularly but haven't for the past three years. i really would like to get back in the shape that i was. what is a good program to follow thank you for any help!!
HIIT is one of the answers. others are to VARY your work out, vary the speed, the number of sets, repetitions, time etc Do a search and you'll find! Good luck!!
