hello
i am new here and had a question. i would like to tone up and gain more muscle and raise my fitness level. i would like to lose some weight but its mainly the fact i would like to have more muscle then fat.
how can i go about this? i'm 24, 5'6', 160lbs, and i have a little beer belly. i used to lift regularly but haven't for the past three years. i really would like to get back in the shape that i was. what is a good program to follow

HIIT is one of the answers. others are to VARY your work out, vary the speed, the number of sets, repetitions, time etc
