Gaining lean mass is aaalllll diet. Sure, you need to train hard in the gym. But eating is the most important thing you can do. Cut back on the cardio. I am bulking now. I've gained 26lbs since December - and it's not all lean. Whatever fat you gain while bulking can be burned off later; that's when you can do more cardio. Size and strength first, definition second.

Ahhhh.....ok...Thanks for your reply guys.:)..But I got more doubts....after bulking, if I try to burn that excess fat wont I loss the muscle I gained....Do I have to do weight training also when am trying to cut off that excess fat or just cardio???....If I have to include weight training also then what type of variation should I have to make in my weight training routine during that time??

No, if you eat right you can lose the fat and minimize muscle loss. Sure you will lose some muscle but you can greatly minimize muscle loss if you do it correctly. Make sure to continue eating healthy, lifting heavy, get enough protein and good fats.
