You could do sort of a circuit. Include some shoulder presses, tricep extensions, curls, lateral raises, hammer curls, arnold presses, decline dumbbell curls, dumbbell kickbacks. These are just a few that really only hit your shoulders, triceps, and biceps. You will need to do another couple of days at the gym to include chest, legs, and back.
