Need advice for dumbell exercises

Hi i have 3 days when i have free time at my work to do some dumbell exercises for my upper body and arms and im not sure what ones to do?
I only have one dumbell at the moment in with me but i could bring in the other one if it is better?
Could anyone recommend anything please?

You could do sort of a circuit. Include some shoulder presses, tricep extensions, curls, lateral raises, hammer curls, arnold presses, decline dumbbell curls, dumbbell kickbacks. These are just a few that really only hit your shoulders, triceps, and biceps. You will need to do another couple of days at the gym to include chest, legs, and back.
