hello all- to the point- i have ten weeks before i go to Europe. i'm 30 , 6ft, about 249lbs. big frame- right now i wake up at 5am & do 1hr to 1.5 hrs of cardio right when i wake up, i drink like 12 glasses of water a day, eat 5x a day, two meals r whey shakes, oatmeal and hard boiled eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, & like chicken or fish for dinner. take my itamins B-12, vit c, multivitamin, hydroxycut. is this good?????????? i need to define my chest and build my arms
