what would be better... to workout different groups each day in the week, or the same exercises every other day?
example:
mon-legs
tues-arms
wed-abs
thur-chest and so one
or
mon-legs, arms, abs, chest
tues-off
wed-legs, arms, abs, chest
thur-off...
