Hello,
I am 16 years old and I am a Sophmore in H/S. I was just wondering if it would be a bad idea for me to go on some kind of supplements or would just regular lifting be good enough? I'm looking to build mass and bulk up some more. If supplements isn't such a bad idea, would you please recommend one or a couple that have been known to work? thanks to anyone who replies!!! :D

You are too young to take supplements. Your body can produce some serious testosterone so take advantage of it now...
