Hi, I am not a patient person. However, I am willing to work extremely hard to get results. If I start a program that I do not quickly see results, most likely I will quit. Therefore, I am looking for a very intense workout that will lead to fairly goo results. I do not have membership to a gym-nor can I afford one right now-therefore I can't do weight lifting. If anyone knows how I could use other objects to weight lift-please let me know. I am willing to workout 2 hours a day. Please can someone help me design a plan that will help me see changes very quickly. Otherwise I'll just quit doing it...I know myself.
Try the at home program available here and change your attitude - work out for the long term health benefits and weight loss/or looking better as a nice side benefit.
Quit telling yourself that you are a quitter and will quit, that is self-defeating and gives you an excuse (it isn't working instantly, i can quit becasue that is what I do).
Start eating right and moving more on a daily basis and you will get results.
