Hello, My name is Stacy, I am new to FT Community and am hoping that by joining I can recieve both adivce and the support that I need to keep me on track with my new fitness goals. My goal is within a month to be able to do 50 pushups in 2-minutes, 60 sit-ups in 2-minutes and walk 2 1/2 miles in 32 minutes. This may sound easy to some, but I need lots of improvement. I use to be able to do anythign I wanted but four knee surgeries have left me way behind where I was and where I need to be. So anyone with good sound advice or words of encouragement please dont hesitate to contact me. Thanks.

Hello Stacy and welcome. I understand what you are going through, as I had a serious injury that knocked me off my feet, and so much as couldn't even jump until about a month and a half ago without a lot of pain. As KC said, you definatly came to the right place. Here, we can work together to obtain our goals, and set new goals we never even thought of. Whenever you feel down, or like you need someone to talk to, there is always someone here that is more than happy to be there. (btw- that sounds a lot like the APFT, are you in the military?)
