hey everybody.
i seem to have a huge problem with getting lots of carbs.
i eat up to 250 gr proteins and up to 250 gr carbs, per day.
i eat alot!! but it just seems so hard to get high on carbs. i shove so much food in my bally, it simpley huge.
not that im fat, it has streched cause of all the food i eat(but thats not the point). what i really need is something that wont make my bally explode but will give my a fair amount of carbs at the same time. like tuna for example is a tiny can but contains a fair amout of proteins.
could anybody throw me afew advices on that??
i dont wanna use suppliments at the moment cause they r pretty expensive over here. but im still taking amino acids though, they r very usefull. (is there a way around without suppliments to help me out on my carbs quest??)
thnx for ur time.

of course i cant eat potattos all day long!!!
i've found that honey contains lots of carbs, so i've tried mixing like 200 gr of honey with milk, but like 30 mins after i drunk it, i've almost passed out, my body simpley got over heated!! lol...
but hey still, is honey a good idea for getting carbs??
i dont really care how much fat it will contain cause my body type allows me eat whatever i want and im not getting fat at all...

Do you like baby lima beans or brown rice at all?
A cooked cup of each contain about 42-45 grams of carbs...

Raisins are pretty high in carbs too, but they also appear to be pretty high in sugar....

I would skip the white rice...to high glycemic. If you can't get brown rice, beans(kidney, black, or lima) are great sources, a baked sweet potato or 2, and lots of oatmeal. it is great soluble fiber too. You can even mix it dry in a homemade protein shake with cottage cheese, skim milk, and eggwhite. Throw in 2 cups of veggies(not corn) every couple meals, and you have your carbs.
-------------- As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.
