I don't know other than I don't think I could survive. Doesn't look like you are eating enough.

If you can separate cardio and weights by 6 or more hours that would be better. If you can do them on different days, even better. I don't know the isopure shake but if its whey, this all looks pretty good to me.

You could maybe cardio in the AM and do abs when you lift. If you use resistance for abs, you shouldn't do abs every day. They need rest just like any other muscle.

Charlie the reason I do so much cardio is because my life here is very sedentary....For exmaple I ride my bicycle to work which is maybe half a mile and then set at at desk all day and then go home for lunch back to work and then my day if finished I am at home setting and watchin tv until I go to the gym....the activity I use to get by maybe going to the mall or jsut walking around on a daily basis I dont really get that here that is why I do so much cardio becuase once upon a time I was very active in my daily routine and you dont realize just how active you are until you arent. I feel that I have to make up for it somewhere so I do it in the gym....that is why I do intense cardio in the am and the light stuff (jsut to be active0 in the evening......does this make sense? Thanks for the ab advice I did however take 3 days off becuase I was really sore after the workout this weekend....I am horrible at counting calories I know I should but to be honest I am lazy although I am aware of what I do eat and try to make it as healthy as I can...:dumbbell:

Too much cardio will effect muscle retention. Its up to you to determine the right amount. You just have to listen to your body , guard against overtraining and research the food thing. I am lazy too and I eat pretty much the same thing 6 days a week so I don't have to count cals.

I think your caories are awfully low, you may end up losing muscle mass.
Try calculating your basal metabolic rate and figuriong in your activity level - that will give you a good idea of calories. or multiply your goal weight by 15, divide that 40/20/20 Portein/carbs/fat (just good basic ratio, switch to accomodate your needs). that is good baseline amount to aim for.
track your caloric intake for aweek and see how many calories you are averaging now, daily. Then gradually adjust them towards the figured amount. I think you will get better results.
Nothing wrong with working hard, just have to eat to support it or you will stall out.

Oh, and 1/2 hour of cardio after HIIT probably isn't necessary and is kind of overkill, but if it turns your crank....
