I have been into fitness for only a month now and I feel my muscles growing but I need more tips on weight-lifting.
1) Do i need to drink protein shakes to get 170g (i weight arounnd 170lbs) of protein? no other way??
2) Can someone give me sorrta a training schedule? I wan to do a full body workout and not only concentrate on one part of my body.
3) Any other general advice?

For the protein, it shouldn't be too hard to get in 170lbs of protein. Chicken breast, tuna, turkey breast, cottage cheese, salmon, nuts, cheese...all high in protein. I wouldn't think it would be too hard to get 170g protein in without powders or shakes.
The skinless boneless chicken breast I have in the freezer says it is 36grams protein for a 6oz serving. My tuna pouch says that a 3oz serving is 19grams...that's 38 for a 6oz serving. If you are eating 5 to 6 meals a day, eating chicken for two and tuna for two gives you 148g protein alone. This leaves only 22grams...fairly easy to get from cheese, nuts, soybeans, cottage cheese, etc.
As for the exercise, I'll have to defer to someone else on that. I would suggest using the free trainers exercise program.

Your protein shakes come in nicely as an addition, and especially for rapid absorbtion immediately post training. Other than that, if you can gnaw your way through enough "whole food" protein, more power to you. This is optimal. Protein shakes are after all called "supplements" for a reason. They are meant to supplement a good diet, not take the place of it. As mentioned, the most opportune time to use a protein shake is both pre and post training, when your muscles are ready to soak it up. You want it in there as quickly as you can get it.
-------------- As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.

I keep protein shake mix handy as a sort of "just in case"...If I look at my intakes at the end of the day and am a bit short on protein, I can always have a shake in the evening. I'll have one roughly once a week...
good luck!
