since meeting my lass i have gained loads of weight, she is giving me no motivation to exercise how do i find the time to do this around her, any tips.

Your best bet is to get her more interested so that it would be an activity you can both do together. Tell her that it will help you get closer...

I hear you, my hubby is not just low on the motivation totem poll, but he is plain lazy most days. It doesn't help that he works 60+ hours a week, but that is not true exercise and his belly keeps growing! He is finally at the point that he wants to make a change, and that is the trick, when THEY get to the point THEY will be ready, if they aren't ready, they won't stand a chance, but by suggesting things like hikes, swimming, etc. anything that would be of interest to you both, it may help, that is what we will be doing most of our warm weather days together and hopefully it will be helpful to both of us an our kids!
