hi all. i am just starting out to tone myself up but i cannot get my diet right. i eat as much as i want but am not meeting my targets on the nutritional tracker.i dont need to lose weight in fact i need to gain about 6 pounds. where do i start. thanks in advance.:)
In this forum their is a thread entitled "diet thread" and another entitled "grocery list for healthy eating". These two threads hold nearly all you need to know about starting out dieting, and what kinds of foods to eat to help maintain good health. Start there, when you come across something you need clarification on, just ask, someone will be there to help you. Good luck and welcome to FT!!!
