Welcome to ft donald53. The last fat to come off is always the hardest, and has been there the longest. Pehaps you can tell us more about yourself,ie: diet, age, weight, etc. We will be glad to help.

Need more info. Age, height, weight etc. If you fill out your profile it will help. You are not alone with your problem. It may be one of the hardest things you have ever tried to do to lose that last bit of old fat. I am fighting the same battle and have been for some time. I have 5lbs. that won't seem to go away. I'm down to around 11%-13% but still some of the old fat in the front of the stomach and around the obliques want's to stay with me. Everything you do at this point has to be correct. Diet, weight training, cardio, sleep, supplements, stress management just to name a few. Make sure you are getting enough essential fatty acids in your diet. Flaxseed oil cold pressed is my choice. 2 tablespoons a day. Remember, your body doesn't want to give up this fat because it thinks there will be a famine soon and it will need the extra fat. Eat small portions often so the famine factor is lessened. Good luck
