Hi all!
First of all, I just want to say that I really love this website. I am a newbie in working out, but I have been doing weightlifting and cardio for two weeks now. My workout schedule is:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Cardio (Running, swimming...etc)
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - weight training (all muscle groups)
Sunday - Rest day
So My question is: would it be ok if i work on all the muscle groups during those weight training days?
