Here is the story. I would like to lose 10lbs. I am 5'2" and weight 123lbs right now. I have lost about 3 lbs in 2 weeks. I was taking Xenaphradine but have ordered Hydroxycut instead. But it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I do aerobics class 2 days/week, I run 5-10 miles about 4 times per week, adn I ride my horse 4 days a week. I also eat well, but the weight is not moving. I look very muscular, but I don't like being bulked up. Any suggestions???

Why don't you try inputting your daily consumption using ft's nutrition tracker. Some people don't realize they could be consuming more than they should...
Just a suggestion.

And do you also do weight training? You know muscles burn calories and to gain muscles is a great way to stay slim or loose fat.

I have a few strategies which work very, very well for losing fat.
1. Don't eat fat, at all. This includes butter, cheese, mayonaise, lunch meats - anything at all with fat in it. Learn to know which foods have fat in them and just don't eat them. Obviously, you should eat a small amount every day but get it from olive oil. You are allowed about 20 grams of fat per day. To put that in perspective, that's about three oatmeal chocolate cookies (Dad's)
2. Run on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Xenaphradine will help give you energy for this.
3. Only eat fish at dinner.
If you work out regularly with this diet you will absolutely, 100% succeed.

First you bring up a 6 year old post, then offer horrible advice.
