Need help losing lower stomach

Any advice on trying to lose the lower stomach bulge.. I hate it, it's the worst part of my body and I need to really work on it..Help anyone????

Full body workout and start eating more protein and good carbs.

Diet is good, and paramount to loosing weight (so I have learned here) one thing that people here are INSANELY adement about is you can't spot loose. While this is true, there is another side to this: spot improvment. If your flab is covering weak muscles with no tone, the area will appear worse. If you want your lower stomach to flatten, be sure you are toning the muscles under that fat, that will give your lower abs a good base, tighten them up a bit. But ya cant avoid the diet thing, evaluate your Carb vs Protien intake, caloric intake, and check out the nutrition boards and tool on this website! people here are great, you just have to be persistant about what you want to do, and suck up all the knowlage you can!! I did and it has made a HUGE differance in my life.

O yeah, one thing that helped me out with lower ab fat (I know I am a guy, but think this will help a woman as well) is leg lifts, do not put your hands under your butt though, grab something above your head and just use it for support and banance. Leg lifts, there is a palaties move.. ya crunch up, grab a knee and bring it to your chin, change legs, repeat, that works prity well too when your too tired to do leg lifts.

leg lifts work wonders. keep your hands at your sides, flat on the floor. it'll hurt like a bitch after 15 reps. but fast results dude.
