Hi. I am 20 years old and weight about 170lbs. I am 5'11". I would like to get down to about 150lbs. I am also going to start working out on Monday. Can anyone help me with a diet program to eat right. I am willing to try most anything. I want to lose the 20lbs and define and build muscles in my body. Thank you.
also set up a personal exercise program. there are many resources available to you here for free, i would research this whole site and take advantage of what it has to offer.
