got the healthy eating list but cant make meals out very well only 14 look and my profile and pls help thnx

Your post is fairly hard to answer. You have the grocery list so have a fair idea what you need to do but there's not much we can do to help short of having you over for dinner. :) OK, bad attempt at humor. I'm not sure where you need the help. Are your parents not going along with what you're trying to do?

yh my parents are helpin out alot just like how many meals a day do i need to eat is what im trying to ask and how long to spread them out thnx for the help

Try and have 5-7 meals a day, like breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Divide your protein and fats across the board and try to keep the bulk of your carbs before 7pm or so unless you are energy deprived.
