need help on 1-AD

Hey guys, I am a new guy to this forum but a veteran to the bodybuilding scene :)

I have taken alot of the supplements plus the real thing but never the 1-AD figured might as well give it a shot. I was wondering if some of you can give me some insight about taking the 1-AD

300g + 10g GL3 L-Glutamine (Week 1)
300g + 10g GL3 L-Glutamine (Week 2)
600g + 10g GL3 L-Glutamine (Week 3)
600g + 10g GL3 L-Glutamine (Week 4)
300g + 10g GL3 L-Glutamine (Week 5)
300g + 10g GL3 L-Glutamine (Week 6)

I will also be taking loads of protien and have a MRP for breakfast with a strict diet.

Also an awsome routine for my workouts, (4 day split)

Let me know what you guys think.
