I am looking for a high protein low carb diet, I currently eat 2 meals a day. I eat meal replacement bars in between those two meals, and drink 3 protein shakes a day. I eat a steak for one meal, and usually spicy pork with rice for the other meal. I need a good 6 meal a day program, with lots of protein and low carbs. sorry about the long post just lookin for help.

Eat lots of tuna, eggs, chicken, etc. Lay low on all the breads and things of that nature.

I'm looking to increase protein and decrease carbs too. The problem is that I have put on some fat too while attempting to do this. How do I get 229g of protein? I was consuming a whey protein shake that had 53g protein and 93 gram carbo.
