howdiekat Posts: 1,345 Joined: 2003/05/22	2005/02/09, 07:52 PM no, but you do have to be pretty uninformed. there are a lot of posts on the effectiveness of this supplement in the supplements forum. i suggest you read about some of the experiences people have had with no2 before you waste your money on something that doesn't work and is loaded with sugar. ...and welcome to ft. -------------- if you get me started on quentin tarantino films, chances are you won't be able to shut me up. excuses are really good for making you fat. margarine is a liar who announces, "i am butter!"
