hi im new and i really need some help. my weight is about 255 and i got a gut, and my pecs dont look good. need to turn the fat into rock hard. well the thing is that i want to loose about 25 pounds. and tone big time. anyone give me a workout plan that i can do that with. i want to do it in 8 weeks if possible. please help!!

Try one of the programs here - look at the top of the screen under Exercise program and fill out the questions - it will generate a workout for you.

25lbs in two months is fairly ambitious, but being a beginner and male, you might be able to pull it off.
