Ok my name is Brian I am new to this website and I just turned 18, back when I was 16 I use to weight 275lbs and I lost about 90-95lbs in 4-6 months, ever since then I have just been maintaing my weight for about 2 years I currently weight 185lb and I am 6"0, people say I look skinny but my stomach area still has so fat on there which I cannot get rid of, I use to do cardio almost everyday now I work out with weights and do cardio maybe 3 times a week, any advice?
Hi sheed...well it sounds like you're doing great so far!!!the only way you are going to get that fat off the belly will be through your diet...lots of info about this...go ahead and use fitbuddy and read through the FAQ forum.
A couple more tips...try posting these types of questions in the general forums...alot more people visit those often...fill out your profile,if you take the time to tell us a little about you,makes us more willing to help you...this is a personal thing...please don't post in caps...I do dislike being screamed at...
