I cant get up early in the morning. so just wanted to ask you about: when should i do my cardio and for how many minutes:
1> exactly Before my weight traing?
2> immidiately after my weight training?
PLz help me
I am on FT`s special chest mass program.
need your guidence

Try to separate your cardio and lifting by 6 to 8 hours. Even better, do it on the days you don't lift if possible. 25 minutes for 3 days a week is usually enough depending on your goals.

Natalie, as I said, its enough for most bodybuilders. A lot of folk for differing reasons do much more cardio though I can't imagine why.:big_smile:I really hate cardio so I am happy doing the minimum.

And from a woman's perspective, I agree with Charlie also! I love that runners high but 25 min x 3 days a week is enough for me :)
