I am 23 years old and I am 6 foot 2 and weight 250. I have quite a bit of muscle on my body but I also have quite a bit of fat on my abdomen and butt area. Can someone please give me a nice routine to help me rid of these pounds?

-Try HIIT 3-5 days a week(15-25 min).....for cardio
-Look into nutrition forum to improve your diet....this is where most of the changes will take place...
try
for all exercises try
3-5 sets of 75-80% of 5 reps...try to learn proper form first
and then increase weight so that it challenges you....and you're doing sets at close to or at your 5 rep max...try to finish your workouts in 45-50 min....
Day 1-Mon
Squats
Stiff Legged Deadlifts
Sit ups/Twists(hold extra weight if u can do more than 5 good reps for all sets
Day 2 Thu
you can try using heavy bands for chin ups and dips if you cannot do bodyweight yet...
