:) Hello everyone i'm Nikki and i'm new here. I need some advice about how i can tone up. I have recently loss weight and i have some lose skin around my thighs and stomach. I have lost weight but i think i have lost a lot of muscle mass and i would like build up my lean muscle mass so i can look more toned in my new body. So if anyone could help me achieve my fittness goal i would really appreciate it.
Read the posts in the women's forums titled "ladies print and read" and get on a heavy lifting program to add some muscle and fill out the skin. The skin will gradually shrink some, it can take up to a year, I think firming lotion helped me - I used the cheap St Ives brand firming lotion.
