im only 14 years old 5"10 and 200 lbs and im currently weight lifting thru school in my football class and my bench press is really weak compared to other kids,i can only bp 135 lbs and i was wondering if biceps plays any role in bench or if i did bicep curls could that improve my bench press?

Biceps are used for stabilization on the negative portion of the lift when you lower the weight....
however the power comes from chest, triceps, and shoulders....your lower back, hamstrings, and glutes also play a role while bench pressing if you choose to train specifically for benching more weight using powerlifting principles.....
