I need help coming up with a diet plan. I used a ton of calculators online and they said my caloric intake is at 2300 calories. I don't know much, but I think a break up of about 64 cab/ 21 protein/ 15 fat would be good. Any ideas on that? Also now that i know this what do i do. I'm having a alot of trouble coming up with a nutritional plan. I'm really trying to tone up and get in the best shape I can for crew. I'm currently rowing so im super active. I know I'm getting in the work, but what im currently eating isn't helping. Can you guys come up with a simple diet, BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER, that would meet those needs. I guess you guys could take out about 200 or so calroies since I'll be snacking on fruits and vegtables in between meals. I know this is alot to ask but if someone could please come up with a plan I'd be really appreciative.
