I am new to this site and to working out in general.
For the past few months I have been trying my own weight lifting at home but havent seen any improvements.
I am not sure what information you need here but a co-worker of mine suggested I try this site for some direction.
I am 34 years old, male
6" 2 and 170lbs
I have a skinny arms, legs but flabby chest and stomach
My main goal is to get rid of my pot belly, tone my chest / breast area and hopefully build some muscle in my arms.
What exercise plan should I be doing? I was thinking of a 3-4 day workout routine? And i have no idea what to do in regards of nutrition and eating
