Hi guys, I'm 17 and in highschool. I've been VERY active throughout my life, I was a starter for the basketball team for 2 years, I've been a starter in rugby and a starter in football. I play basketball 3 times a week for atleast 3 hours per, I lift weights 4 times a week for 30 mins at my school's fitness center, also all I drink is water. I only drink pop and juices maybe once or twice per month.
From what I described of myself so far, anyone would think that I'm an incredibly active athlete with a nice body, yet I'm 205 pounds and have a lot of unwanted fat on me. I don't understand why I do since I'm so active. Could anyone help me out please? Very much appreciated :)
