Ok...what is a stacker and how do you know if you are taking one? How do they work? What is the difference between creatine, protein powders and l-glutemine? How do I know what I should take to help with weight loss? Should I take some of them? All of them? None of them? What is the difference between whey protein and soy protein? Please help me clear my brain of this.........

I don't know too much about all the supplements, but I do know if you want to lose weight DO NOT take creatine. Creatine is a mass/muscle builder that makes your muscles retain more water and will also put extra mass onto your body. Protein is a must for body builders because it's what replenishes your muscles once they have been worked. If you are looking to lose weight, you won't need to take as much protein as someone who is looking to bulk up. L-glutamine is a supplement that maintains your muscle. It keeps your body from breaking the muscle down to use for energy and also helps with the immune system.
Neither of these 3 supplements will aid with weight loss, however if you do workout in any sort of way, protein is a must. As for the weight loss, you'll have to wait for someone else to post, I don't know much about that.

One other thing about L-glutamine. It aids the body in recovery after your workout, but if you do a search, you should find plenty of info on these supplements.
