the work out plan says set#, rep, input reps, and input weight used.... im really confused on this. first of all how many am i suppose to do in a set. i get the rep and input rep colum but how am i suppose to know how much weight i used? like if i do push ups or sit ups or something? please i need help quick, i want to start my new workout tomorow and i want to track all this stuff. please someone help as soon as they can. thank you.
