I have always been skinny I'm 6'1'' and only 170lbs. I want to gain mass but I have fatty love handles and a little gut, can any1 help me, I want to lose the fat yet bulk up to have a bigger chest,back,arm,legs, etc. Please help a newbie who is very patient and dedicated to changing his body(the wife wouldn't mind too!) thanks

Well, Start off with a workout from this site only....go to my exercise plan and get yourself the required workout.They make gooood charts.Also get your diet right.Thats from my diet plan. Over all this if you want to try supplements, then theres creatine.....best for you. Best of luck

Hi franklatimer. If you go to personel profile and fill in the info Ft will make you an excellent program and do the same thing with my diet plan. It takes a combo of both.Also be sure to supplement with protien which is very important part of putting on bulk. Good luck
