DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHEN TO INTAKE CREATINE, PROTEIN, L-GLUTAMINE ETC. ON WORK OUT DAYS AND OFF DAYS?

First, fill out your profile bro so everyone can get a better idea of what you are trying to accomplish for yourself so as to give you the advice you need. Second, On workout days, take the creatine and protein immediately after your workout, this is when your muscles are at their peak of absorbtion...this period is pretty critical for muscle repair so don't get lazy.....BB1FIT, he's all yours!!

yeah, and on off days you should probably take the creatine first thing in the morning, and just try to keep your protein intake up all day, cuz those are your recovery days and nutrition is vital for recovery. It can be any kind of protein on off days, the only reason whey protein is the way to go after workouts is because your body uses it very quickly but you can get your protein from a variety of sources on off days i.e. eggs, tuna, poultry, meat and dairy.
