so i was reading my fitness magazine and there was an interview with a fitness model, who had a killer solid body, she said her daily meal plan was...
breakfast - protien shake
lunch - chicken salad
snack - red peppers, carrots
dinner - protien shake

this cant be healthy...any input???

Lets see... Wow, I can hardly calculate a thousand calories out of that. No thats a extremly low amount of food to take in, especially for a fitness model.

You sure she isn't a runway model?

Yeah thats what i thought. i dont think ill be trying that diet. :)

I'd reccommend that you don't. That's really a low amount of calories.
