okay so ive been working out for a couple months now and the eating part of it has been really bad, i can never stay on track. i was wondering if anyone could come up with some sort of meal plan guideline for me to help me get started. I dont really know when to eat what or how often to eat or anything like that. Im trying to bulk up and need about 4000 calories. I workout 3-4 times a week and i have protien and i have some weight gainer. any help would be greatly appreciated.
my day looks like this
6am wake up 40gram whey shake
7am body builder pancakes
7:30 9 egg whites
8 protein blend shake
8:30 at the gym
10:00 post workout shake
11:oo lunch blended protein shake with sandwhich or soem sort of beef tuna or chicken or mcdonalds 2 double cheese burgers with 8 piece nugget.
13:00 protein shake with skim milk
14:00 cottage cheese or some gold fish crackers
15:00 can of tuna or a shake
17:00 dinner usually turkey,chicken,pasta,pizza.red meat you name it and veggies.
20:00 shake with a serving of cottage cheese
21:00 bed time ans some zma.
I get flamed for the lack of veggies and fruits but my blood sugar does not respond well to fruits. and I am a picky veggie eater lol
