i just broke down my daily diet, and everything is pretty close to where i want it to be except my carbs are lacking:

My protein and calories are spot on. The fat seems high, but 52g of those 83g of fat come from the nuts i eat. The carbs are obviously my weak point. From what I gather, they should be more along the lines of 400-450.
Keep in mine, this is my "traveling diet", since I'm nearly always living in a hotel on business travel, so things like chicken, lean beef, and things I need to cook are pretty much not doable. what are some good raw foods that really pack a lot of healthy carbs so i can better round out my diet plan? thanks.
