ive just started training ive also started taking creatine but under the nutritional guidelines in need lots more protein and carbs in my diet , should i take food supliments and if so what ones
Welcome to the site Andywix, and hope you get good use out of it.
If you have just started training, you should hold off on the supplementation and first see where you need it after at least 12 weeks of training. Then see if you need to supp with a good whey and creatine. Multivitamins are good right off the bat.
I'm sure you know the good clean foods since you are a chef.
Stack up on the protien for good muscle growth and cell repair, eat only good carbs (not refined) and good fats.
Then see where your missing. One doesn't need supps at the becinning as you will see some tremendous results with hard work and good diet.
