We all need a bit of extra motivation sometimes. Some need more than others. I always visit the Universal Nutrition website and read their articles, etc for that reason. I read the following a couple weeks ago and I thought I'd share. Reading it gets me pretty pumped up. When you read it, imagine that its you in that article.

Just as a warning: Its pretty hardcore. Many people just trying to be 'fit' may not be into articles like this one.

I love that website, and I park my butt at it often - great articles and training for the truly mental! In fact, if ya look hard enough, you'll even find a few from me...
