Hi, i'm new here and from what i've seen this a great site! In the last year i recently lost 40lbs, but my overall goal was 50. So i have these last 10 to go and its really hard. I try to stay focused, keep a clean diet, and workout regularly, but no one wants to give me any support! My best friend is the only one who ever listens and gives me advice. Its like i want to be tone and fit! Sure u can lose the weight, but i want definition too! Thats why i do cardio 5x a week, and weights 3x. Everyone is so negative around me, and my family is constatntly throwing junk food in my face, its like no one wants me to succeed! I just need to know that there is nothing wrong with wanting to be as healthy as you can be.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to be healthy... I heard somewhere somtimes those closest to use will sometimes try to sabatouge (sp) our goals... that really is thier problem.. maybe sit down and let them know it bothers you...
As for motivation, as Hec says, this is the right place!
