After being ill off and on for a few months, and having my gall bladder removed for no obvious reason. It has now been discovered that I am allergic to egg whites and milk. I am still in total shock at the thought of what I will now be able to eat. I have not seen an allergist yet, to find out to what extreme I am allergic to milk, but eggs can send me into a very dangerous place. I have been told that at any time, your immune system can let down and you can develop a food allergy. I have ate eggs all of my life, and was getting used to the protein factor. I have still been able to eat my cottage cheese without an allergic reaction, but have a feeling the allergist is going to tell me to give that up as well. HELP!!!
soy protein isolate, lean beef, chicken, turkey. You'll be okay.
I can't eat dairy without a lot of bloating and fatigue due to allergies, I use rice or soy milk when I need something on my cheerios. Whey protein doesn't seem to bother me like milk does, though.
The eggs would be harder to give up if i could eat cheese omelettes. But I can see wheres you would miss them.
The side benefit of all of this is that when you stop eating things you are allergic to you get healthier and it is easier to lose bodyfat.
Good luck!
